Workplace Skills & Best Practices therapy in New York City

A practical approach

Doing great work is only half the job. The other half is speaking up in meetings, pushing back on unrealistic asks, and staying steady around difficult people. We target the exact work situations tripping you up and build skills you can use in your next meeting.

  • You want to be seen as confident and capable

How we work

  1. 1

    Pinpoint the friction

Identify the specific meetings, people and habits holding you back.

  2. 2

    Build the skill

Scripts and strategies for assertive communication, boundaries and prioritizing.

  3. 3

    Apply and refine

Try it at work, then we adjust based on what actually happened.

Common questions

Is this therapy or career coaching?+

It's therapy with a licensed clinician. We stay practical and goal-focused, while also addressing the patterns that make work situations feel harder than they should.

Do you take insurance?+

This is a private-pay practice. That means no insurance-driven diagnosis requirements, no session caps, and a plan built around your goals. Ask about out-of-network options during your consultation.

Do you offer online therapy?+

Yes. Sessions are online, so you can meet from home, the office or a quiet corner between meetings. I'm licensed in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, and a NYC office is coming soon.
