Relationships & Connection therapy in New York City

A practical approach

Whether it's a difficult boss, a tense coworker, or a relationship that feels stuck, the fastest lever you have is your own response. We work on the specific conversations and patterns causing friction, and practice new ways to handle them.

Common questions

Can individual therapy help my relationship?+

Yes. Changing how you communicate and regulate in tense moments changes the dynamic, even when the other person isn't in the room.

Do you take insurance?+

This is a private-pay practice. That means no insurance-driven diagnosis requirements, no session caps, and a plan built around your goals. Ask about out-of-network options during your consultation.

Do you offer online therapy?+

Yes. Sessions are online, so you can meet from home, the office or a quiet corner between meetings. I'm licensed in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, and a NYC office is coming soon.
