Transition from College therapy in New York City

A practical approach

The jump from college to working life in New York is big: new expectations, less structure, and pressure to have it all figured out. We focus on what's weighing on you most, build confidence at work, and create routines that make this chapter feel manageable.

Common questions

Is therapy worth it if nothing is 'wrong'?+

Yes. Transitions are one of the best times to start. A few focused sessions can help you build habits and confidence that pay off for years.

Do you take insurance?+

This is a private-pay practice. That means no insurance-driven diagnosis requirements, no session caps, and a plan built around your goals. Ask about out-of-network options during your consultation.

Do you offer online therapy?+

Yes. Sessions are online, so you can meet from home, the office or a quiet corner between meetings. I'm licensed in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, and a NYC office is coming soon.
